THE LEFT BANK: Office and Studio Space for Rent
The Left Bank in the center of the Village of North Bennington is a congenial center for small businesses and sole proprietors, with nine offices, two public bathrooms, and three waiting areas. Our tenants have included psychotherapists, a law office, masseurs, a solar energy company, corporate and nonprofit consultants, an acupuncturist, artists and a writer.
The former Lobby and the Garden Room are used by the community, both one-time events such as concerts, readings and celebrations, and long-term programs such as yoga, tai chi, and community acupuncture.
We welcome your rental inquiries, as availability changes from time to time, and would be delighted to show you our historic building. Our spaces range from a single room (about 140 sq.ft.) to a 2-3 room suite with private waiting space, with different sizes and configurations possible. All our rentals include Wi-Fi, utilities including air conditioning, parking, trash removal, cleaning of public spaces, use of the kitchen, and discounted use of the Lobby (first floor, largest space) and the Garden Room (a basement conference room with large windows) for occasional larger meetings, retreats, trainings and events. The Lobby includes chairs, tables, projector, and large permanently-mounted screen; it is adjacent to the kitchen, making catered events or pot lucks easy. There are several places in the building where renters can store equipment, files, and other seldom-used materials at no additional charge. The Left Bank building itself is handicap accessible but there is no elevator to the second floor.
